As I’m getting fed up with the 2017 Papaya Catastrophe, I though it might be interesting to create an overview of the distance covered by the different teams and drivers so far. More graphs and numbers after the jump.
The data I’ve used are the lap counts found on F1's official website. Included are both pre-season tests, and all sessions (free practices, qualifying, race) so far.
I’ll be updating this throughout the year, let me know if you want to see something more specific (i.e. without testing, FP only, ...), or if you’d like something analysis-like.

I’d like to see race distance only. No testing, no practice, no qualifying. Since that’s the only part where everyone is trying to do the same distance (as opposed to testing/practice/qualifying where they’re on and off track for completely different intervals).
